It is the operating system, developed and managed by Apple Inc. Its Trademark and other rights belong to Apple Inc.
1.3 ANDROID
It is the Linux based operating system that has been developed by Google and Open Handset Alliance.
1.4 WEBSITE
It is the website, addressed http://www.newapp365.net
1.5 COMPANY
It is NewApp365, which is the owner of the APPLICATION, the WEBSITE, management rights and all the other rights including trademark, operates at Hong Kong.
2. STATEMENTS
In this text titled Terms of Privacy and Security, the information about data security of APPLICATION users, is offered. You may visit the APPLICATION’s and the WEBSITE's pages that requires no membership or subscription without giving your personal information as often as you want and get information about services and products. Usage of APPLICATION, visitation of the WEBSITE, memberships and subscriptions to them or your personal information, which is obtained as a result of your submission to us with the other methods, is procured only within your knowledge. Your personal information, obtained with your knowledge, is protected by the COMPANY. The COMPANY takes all reasonable safety precautions in order to inhibit the unauthorized access to the information and disclosure of the information, and ensure that the data are restored properly and used correctly. Nevertheless, the COMPANY does not guarantee the security of the data. The user is obliged to take necessary measures and take care for protecting their data besides data of other users, the APPLICATION and the WEBSITE. To collect values, cookies or like-for-like software can be placed your agent device. The aim of collection of this information is increasing the APPLICATION’s and the WEBSITE's running productivity and quality, gathering general statistical data about the APPLICATION’s and the WEBSITE's usage. APPLICATION runs integrated with Apple Health (Active Energy + Step Counter). The information gathered via Apple Health will not be shared with third party or companies without client’s notice and will only be used for improvements and developments for the application.
3. DECLARATION OF ACCEPTANCE
In the case of usage of APPLICATION and visitation of the WEBSITE and/or forming a membership registration, it is accepted that you accept the Terms of Privacy and Security herein. You are deemed to have accepted that it is your legal and criminal liable for the potential loss, occurred due to existence of contradictory conduct to terms herein.
4. STATE OF DISAGREEMENT
In the disagreements about Terms of Privacy and Security herein, NewApp365 Enforcement Offices and Courts is authorized.
Information about the auto-renewable nature of the Membership Subscription
- Every time in a week you can reach your updated premium reports and if you want to continue getting premium reports, your subscription should be continued
- Subscription periods are 1 year. Every 1 year your subscription renews
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
